Peng Yang, Marketing Manager/Attorney Licensed in China
Attorney Yang has rich experience in corporate law. Attorney Yang has personally participated in many Chinese state-owned enterprise restructurings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as bankruptcies, cross-border commercial and trade agreements and arbitrations, etc.
Attorney Yang speaks English and Mandarin.
Everly Liu, Attorney
Attorney Liu graduated from Master of Laws program of UCLA law school, and she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from City University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Attorney Liu specializes in various immigration cases, including removal defense, U visa, border parole, special immigrant juvenile, family-based immigration, waivers (601, 601A, 212, 602, etc.), National Interest Waiver, EB-1, H1B, and consular process, among others. Prior to pursuing a legal career, attorney Liu worked as a TOEFL and SAT tutor at the Beijing New Oriental School, North American Project . Later, she served as an immigration attorney at a reputable immigration law firm in Los Angeles and a federal government sponsored non-profit organization, initiating class actions against the Department of Homeland Security.

Joseph Glover, Attorney
Joseph graduated with honors from Texas A&M University School of Law in May of 2022. His focus is primarily on Trademark Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. He gained valuable trademark experience working at the university patent and trademark clinic as a student attorney. Before law school, Joseph gained valuable customer service and audit experience working at a Medicare supplemental call center. He practices general civil litigation to help his local community and keep up to date on the ever-changing legal landscape of consumer and employment law.
Joseph believes that listening to and understanding the needs of the client are key to excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Leslie Gonzalez, Paralegal
Leslie hold a Mexican law degree and have had the privilege of working in various capacities within the legal field. She started her journey at the Human Rights Commission in Jalisco, where she actively advocated for human rights and contributed to investigations aimed at ensuring justice and equity. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a personal assistant to private law firms, which provided her with insights into the practical aspects of legal practice and client relationships.
Her diverse background in both public and private legal sectors has shaped her strong commitment to upholding justice and providing the best customer service.
