Everly began her career at a large, nationally recognized law firm in Los Angeles. Later she served as a federal funded attorney at a major nonprofit organization, representing unaccompanied minors and vulnerable populations. Her work included on-site visits to youth shelters and participation in a class-action lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
In private practice, Everly advises both multinational corporations and fast-growing startups on cross-border immigration strategy. She has successfully obtained E-1, E-2, L-1, and other employment-based visas for companies across diverse industries, including but not limited to Semiconductor & Advanced Manufacturing, Electrical Infrastructure & Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceuticals & Medical Research, Film Finance, Education & Training Services.
