Everly Liu, Esq. is an immigration attorney licensed in California and Texas and a graduate of UCLA School of Law, where she received the Dean’s Scholarship. She earned her Juris Doctor from the City University of Hong Kong, completing the program in just two years.
Everly began her career at a large, nationally recognized law firm in Los Angeles. She later served as an attorney in a federal government funded nonprofit organization, representing unaccompanied minors and vulnerable populations. Her work included on-site visits to youth shelters and participation in class-actions against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, advocating for the rights of immigrant children.
In private practice, Everly advises both multinational corporations and fast-growing startups on cross-border immigration strategy. She has successfully obtained E-2, L-1, EB-1C and other employment-based visas for companies across diverse industries, including but not limited to:

She has contributed to the IPO processes of five publicly listed companies, participating in corporate compliance review and legal analysis in the listing process. Her corporate experience complements her immigration work by supporting companies at critical stages of growth and capital markets expansion.
